Delete My Data

You can delete your Luma account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the App - that's the fastest way, since it happens immediately. If you can't sign in, or would rather submit a request here, use the form below.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, email, profile picture)
• Chat conversations and messages
• Journal entries and mood check-ins
• Exercise session history
• Registered push notification tokens

Active subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google and aren't cancelled automatically - please cancel via your App Store or Play Store account settings as well.
