Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Luma mobile application, provided by Plentier Systems Ltd ("Plentier Systems", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Luma, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Not a medical service. Luma is a self-guided wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, therapy, or emergency care, and its chat companion is not a licensed clinician. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Luma. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Some features require a paid subscription, purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective payment terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies - we don't process payments or refunds directly.
  • Free trial terms, where offered, are shown before purchase; unused trial time is forfeited if you purchase a paid plan early.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Luma for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its underlying systems.
  • Access or attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
  • Use automated means to scrape, extract, or bulk-download content from the App.

Your content

You retain ownership of the journal entries, chat messages, and other content you create in Luma. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide and improve the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Luma name, app, and all associated branding are owned by Plentier Systems Ltd. Except for the license to use the App as intended, these Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property.

Disclaimer of warranties

Luma is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plentier Systems Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Luma and delete your account at any time from Settings, or via our data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Luma after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
