Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Plentier Systems Ltd ("Plentier Systems", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Luma mobile application ("Luma", the "App"). By using Luma, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information we collect

Account information - your email address, display name, and password (stored as a salted hash), or an identifier from Sign in with Apple / Google if you use one of those.
Content you create - chat messages, journal entries, mood check-ins, and exercise reflections you enter into the App.
Profile media - a profile picture, if you choose to upload one.
Device and push data - a device push token so we can deliver notifications you've enabled.
Purchase data - receipts and subscription status from the App Store or Google Play when you purchase a premium subscription. We do not receive or store your payment card details; those are handled entirely by Apple/Google.
Voice input - audio you record for voice messages is transcribed to text and is not retained as audio after transcription.

How we use your information

To provide the core features of Luma: chat, mood tracking, exercises, and journaling.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To process and validate subscription purchases.
To send you notifications you've opted into.
To diagnose problems and improve the App's reliability and quality.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers who help us run Luma, each acting under their own privacy commitments:

Cloud infrastructure and storage (e.g. Amazon Web Services) to host the App and store profile images.
AI providers that power chat responses and voice transcription, who process message content solely to generate a response and do not use it to train models on our behalf.
Apple and Google for Sign in with Apple/Google authentication and for processing App Store / Play Store subscription purchases.
Push notification services (Expo/Apple/Google) to deliver notifications to your device.

Data retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account in-app or submit a request on our data deletion page, we delete your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited records (e.g. transaction records) for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can update most information directly in the App, delete your account from Settings, or reach us at support@plentiersystems.com for any request.

Children's privacy

Luma is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards - encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls - to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above.
